Red Dragon Ascension Qi Gong
Align your body, mind, and spirit with higher frequencies.

Red Dragon Qigong
Red Dragon Qigong is both energizing and meditative, leaving you refreshed and aligned.
-
Red Dragon Qigong is a flowing series of movements designed to cultivate and balance your internal energy. Each movement combines visualization, breathwork, and intentional focus to clear blockages, strengthen vitality, and align your body, mind, and spirit.
-
Each movement is synchronized with deep, mindful breathing into the abdomen. Inhale to gather energy and exhale to release stagnation and tension.
-
Focus on smooth, controlled movements, visualizing the energy flow with each action. Repeating each movement 18 times helps to deepen the connection between your body and your energy field. Stay present and allow yourself to feel the energy build and circulate.

1. Rainbow Dragon
-
Inhale as you rise up, imagining pulling purple energy from the earth and filling your body.
Exhale as you forward fold, shaking out stagnant energy from the crown of your head.
-
Form a diamond shape with your hands and inhale as you rise, visualizing a rainbow being drawn up.
Imagine this rainbow shooting into a full moon.
-
Exhale and lower your arms gracefully, visualizing them as the wings of a dragon rising out of water and flying.
2. Light Ball
-
Inhale as your palms rise overhead, touching back to back, with knees slightly bent.
-
Exhale as your arms lower, visualizing energy shooting out of your fingertips and forming a ball of light in front of your belly.
-
With each breath, visualize forming a new point of a Merkabah over your third eye.
Start with the top of the star, then the bottom left, bottom right, and continue until all six points are connected, completing the luminous star.Repeat this process as you continue the light ball movements.
3. Pull & Push
-
Inhale as you pull your arms toward your body, imagining pulling in your highest truth (e.g., love, joy, peace, awareness).
-
Exhale as you push your arms forward, imagining any remaining unwanted energy leaving your body.
-
Visualize this energy being placed on a boat or carried away.
4. Chakra Om
-
Slightly bend your knees and slowly raise your arms overhead as you inhale, visualizing the color of the chakra:
Root (Red): Stability and grounding.
Sacral (Orange): Creativity and flow.
Solar Plexus (Yellow): Confidence and power.
Heart (Green): Love and compassion.
Throat (Blue): Truth and communication.
Third Eye (Indigo): Intuition and wisdom.
Crown (Violet or White): Connection to the divine.
-
Stack flat palms above your head (right hand on top for men, left for women)
-
Exhale slowly while lowering your hands in rhythm with your breath, visualizing the chakra's energy moving through your body. Chant "So Hum" as you release.

Ultimately, it depends on the energy and focus you bring to mastering the practice.
-

-
People often ask how long they need to practice. Collectively, we’ve been practicing for almost 40 years and still do them daily—not because we “need the boat after crossing the river,” but because we love the journey and the river is beautiful. While the timeline for transformation varies, we’ve noticed that consistent practice often leads to profound realizations—what we call a “pop.” Many experience smaller pops after a year and deeper ones after three years of steady practice. For those just starting, we suggest committing to 30 days and then taking a brief pause to reflect on the value the practice brings to your life.
