Somatic Breathwork

Breathing out trauma stored in the body.

EXPANDING PRACTICE

The Soma+IQ™ method of somatic breathwork reconnects the mind’s power to the body’s innate wisdom, offering a transformative and experiential approach to healing.

Rooted in neuroscience, this method combines somatic-based breathwork, bodywork, and coaching techniques to safely release undigested emotions and physical tension stored in the body.

Certified practitioner Tyler Winick has found this method especially potent for removing trauma stored in the body.

When paired with our signature Trigger Work method, it creates a balanced system for addressing trauma in both the body and mind.

While breathwork alone is impactful, integrating it with our curated practices enhances its effects, fostering deeper healing and alignment.
